By using VideoBud (videobud.io), operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC, you agree to these terms.

Service description

VideoBud generates promotional, how-to, and onboarding videos for SaaS applications by browsing URLs and applications you provide, capturing screenshots, generating scripts, and rendering finished video files.

Credentials and browsing

You may provide login credentials so VideoBud can walk authenticated flows in your application. Credentials are held in memory for the duration of the discovery run and are deleted afterward. They are never written to disk in plaintext and never shared.

You represent that you are authorized to access any URL or application you point VideoBud at, and that doing so does not violate the terms of service of any third-party application.

Generated content

You own the video output for your projects. VideoBud may retain anonymized usage data to improve the service. Final videos on free-tier accounts include a VideoBud watermark; paid tiers do not.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of charge.

Acceptable use

You may not use VideoBud to generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, infringes third-party intellectual property, or violates applicable law. Accounts violating this clause may be suspended without refund.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." Archieboy Holdings, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the service beyond the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
